About the Book Examples From the Book Sound Files Purchase the Book
Here are the sound files demonstrating various rhythms and concepts in the book. I have selected the rhythms that, for various reasons, may present problems with interpretation that couldn’t be made fully clear by conventional notation. The rhythms may be listened to from the website or may be downloaded. All examples are played by Doug Auwarter except the ensemble examples which are performed by Doug Auwarter and Luiz Orsano. All examples were recorded by Luiz Orsano.
